Lasha Shanidze brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in delivering successful projects in energy and infrastructure sectors. In his capacity as CEO of Millennium Capital Group and its predecessors, Lasha has spearheaded the establishment of a number of investment platforms that raised, co-invested and managed over $500MM+ in energy and infrastructure projects including gas pipelines, gas storage, gas production, and LNG import terminal development.
Dan Rogers brings 30 years of international oil & gas and energy business and transactional experience, including extensive experience in global LNG and natural gas trading and LNG shipping. Prior to joining Millennium Energy,, Dan was a partner at King & Spalding LLP (widely recognized as being one of the top law firms in the world for LNG and large-scale natural gas projects), where he served as co-head of the firm’s Global LNG practice. He has extensive experience in energy commodities marketing and trading, as well as project and trade finance.
Brad Hitch brings over 21 years of experience working in the global LNG and natural gas markets, including 17 years on trading floors in London. He has held senior positions at Cheniere Energy, Merrill Lynch Commodities and Barclays Capital, and he offers extensive knowledge of both the global LNG and European natural gas and power markets.
Conrad Kerr is a senior energy industry professional, and he has been involved in all aspects of a variety of worldwide LNG projects for the past 30 years. Conrad held management-level roles in Merrill Lynch Commodities, as well as in Mobil Oil Co. and, after the merger with Exxon, he held executive positions in Qatar with the ExxonMobil LNG joint ventures with Qatar Petroleum, sitting on the LNG marketing committees of both the RasGas LNG and QatarGas LNG companies.
Richard Pratt brings 30 years of experience in the global LNG industry, with experience in all aspects of the LNG chain. His experience includes work for LNG producer ADGAS, Poten and Partners, Mirant Corporation, Repsol, Morgan Stanley and Fearnley LNG. He has a particular interest in LNG shipping and terminal projects and operations, and he was the architect behind Repsol's Canaport LNG facility. Whilst at Morgan Stanley, he set up the bank's LNG trading desk and its entry into the LNG industry.
Jesse Lee has 19+ years of experience in the industry living and working in the Asian-Pacific region where he developed senior relationships with the majority of the key LNG purchasers of Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, India and Thailand. Prior to joining MVMS Jesse held senior LNG marketing roles at the Anadarko-led Mozambique LNG project, and before that at the ExxonMobil-led PNG LNG project. He has extensive knowledge of the LNG market and the various diversified buyers across the industry.
Scot Keimig has held senior strategic roles with Entergy Koch Trading, and its successor firm Merrill Lynch Commodities International, as well as with Occidental Petroleum, Martin Energy Services, Avant Energy, and Pareto Commodities. Scot spearheaded the creation of supply and demand models for a broad range of global commodities (including LNG) over the past 26 years, and he led the development of ‘point of view’ as lead analyst for various commodities trading groups, including those trading in LNG.
Clay Sayre brings more than thirty-five years in LNG and oil and gas business development, exploration and production with Penn America Energy, GDF SUEZ, SUN Energy, Marathon, Unocal, ARCO International and Arthur D. Little. For GDF SUEZ (ENGIE) he was the Managing Director for Cameroon LNG to launch of FEED. For Marathon, EG LNG’s first resident director in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, while prior to FID, the lead negotiator for the open-book to LSTK EPC contract with Bechtel for EG LNG. While with Unocal, Clay developed plans to monetize Makassar Strait deep-water gas discoveries through Bontang LNG in Indonesia.
